  • When we arrive, how do we check in? When do we check in?

Our housekeeper and maintenance manager, Paulette or Heriberto, are usually on site most of the day making improvements or simply tiding up. If your check in is late at night or very early in the morning the keys will be on the table when you arrive. You must formally check in and receive a receipt during your stay, please let one of them know that you have checked in. Check in times are after 3:00pm and check out is by 11:00am. If you'd like to check in early please book the night before or email us with your requested check in time and we will inform you if it will be possible and if additional fees will be applied.

 

  • Can I bring my dog, is your house pet friendly?

Unfortunately at this time only service animals are permitted. 

 

  • Who should we call if we have any issues?

Please call Reno at (787) 244-7609. If your issue is small like you need clean towels, please ask Heriberto or Paulette. Any concerns and issues will be addressed immediately if you call us and let us know. Please make sure that you give us a chance to solve any problems before posting reviews online as we will ALWAYS do our best to make sure you leave with a smile and come back to see us in the future, we're friends housing friends, and as a small family run rental we want to make sure you come as guests and leave as friends.

 

  • Is there a deposit?

Payment is collected at the time of booking, we require a major credit card (MC, Visa or Discover) to reserve.

 

  • Is the house in a safe location?

Rincon in general is one of the safest areas in Puerto Rico, major crimes are relatively unheard of in this town. Puntas, the area of Rincon where we are located, is considered one of the nicest parts of Rincon. You'll get a small town, friendly feel from everybody you encounter. The type of crime that you'll encounter here is what you would call crime of opportunity. You wouldn't leave your wallet on the front seat of your car? Or your $2000.00 camera on your beach towel unsupervised anywhere else in the world, Puerto Rico is no different. The same rules that apply at any other tourist destination still apply here. For your security, we do have an on site property manager who spends time throughout the day at the house and also has a studio onsite for overnight stays and the house is gated.   • Do you have onsite parking?

We have parking for up to 5 vehicles. Parking on the street or on the side walks is subject to fines up to $250.00 that are strictly enforced.

 

  • What toiletries does the house offer?

We provide soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels and regular bath towels. Beach towels are not provided.

 

  • Do you have a washer and dryer for guest use?

We do not have a washer and dryer, however there's a laundromat located at Plaza Bonet right next to Bonet Liquour Store and Back Up Computer Store

 

  • Do you have any discounts?

We will provide discounts at our discretion on a case by case basis. It can never hurt to ask. At the moment we do provide a discount to members of the airline industry during our off season (From April 15th to December 15th, excluding holidays in between) and a Military discount as well that is subject to the same terms.
